Sung-Fu Hung Group

21st Dec, 2021, is the lab gathering and gift exchange. We exchanged gifts relating to the office. We voted for the "special" gifts. The members who gave the most special gifts underwent the special events, including the mysterious drinks and the break-up of the plastic wrap by face. We have a wonderful time at this lab gathering.   

14th Dec, 2021, is the birthday party for Hsin-Rung. His colleagues have prepared an awesome Birthday Party and a gorgeous gift to him. As he desires to ride a backhoe in the future, his colleagues gave him an electronic multi-function backhoe. We wish that he practices well using this gift and takes a license to a BIG one in the future. 

9th Aug, 2021, is the welcome party for new bloods. Due to the difficult period, We prepared many delicious food in our lab instead of eating out. We had Korean fried chicken, the roast duck, beef bourguignon, pork knuckles, fried shrimp ball with pineapple, fried fishes, sliced cold chicken, et al. We also had many beers. We hope they have a wonderful time.    

5th Aug, 2021, is the birthday party for Pei-Hsuan. We wish Pei-Hsuan have an awesome Birthday Party. Although she did not acquire the shaving foam on her face, she received two birthday gifts from her colleagues - her favorite Winnie-the-Pooh mug and pot. Her colleagues prepared the environment-friendly electronic candle. We have demonstrated the high-tech birthday party!!!  

23th Feb, 2021, is the birthday celebration for Yi-Hsuan. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, YI-HSUAN!!! She got so many blessing and the shaving foam. lol. Her colleagues remember that she does not like the cake, so they prepare one bucket of fried chicken rather than a cake. She also receive a gorgeous birthday gift. We are very glad to see they have built good friendship.    

5th - 7th Feb 2021 is our 2021 Lab outing. We go outing to Tainan, where is the early-developed city in Taiwan and has many gorgeous local dishes. We drive there and view many scenery along the way, including the Houlong Cape of Good Hope, the Qingshui Highway Rest Area, the Lukang Mazu Temple, the Budai Harbor Fish Market, and the Ten-Drum Rentou Culture Creative Park. We have numerous wonderful memories of this journey. 

04th Feb 2021 is our 2021 Year-end Party. We tasted the delicious hot pot with fresh seafood and various meats. Every members have dedicated theirselves to this lab, so that our lab can be perfect gradually. We also prepare Red Envelopes (the convention for the Lunar New Year) to members. 

28th Sept 2020 is our 2020 Christmas Party. We had many delicious food and the gift-exchange activity. Every members received the satisfied gift. The students have the smiles until now. We hope that they can keep themselves happy and learning the research skill gladly in our lab. We will do our best to maintain this delighted situation. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!   

28th Sept 2020 is our lab gathering for Prof. Hung's first Teacher's Day and Moon Festival. This is also the first lab gathering of all group members. We have eaten lots of meats and seafood. At the near ending, the group members prepared a gorgeous card for Prof. Hung, full of sentences in it.He also received decent presents: Starbucks bottles, throat lozenge, and chalk clips for his teaching course. SO SWEET!!! 

17th Sept 2020 is our first time to visit TSRI. The students saw the practical semiconductor process and lots of machines. This is the first contact of the other world outside the chemistry. We hope that the students broaden their visions and find what they are really interested in.  

11th Sept, 2020, is our first birthday celebration. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FENG-YI!!! He wishes that the students in our lab can graduate successfully in time. We hope that Feng-Yi can help other students for their graduations when he grows remarkably. Let's see what happens two years later.     

1st Sept, 2020, is the first day the students come into the lab. Although we are still constructing the lab, the students still believe Prof. Hung and join his group. We hope that the students achieve their wishes and fruitful results when they receive their degrees. We appreciate our students Pei-Hsuan and Feng-Yi for attending this lab gathering. We also thank Semiconductor Master Dr. Shao-Hui, Calculation Master Prof. Chun-Chih, and Synchrotron Master Dr. Ying-Rui for joining our first lab gathering.  

1st Aug, 2020, is the day Dr. Sung-Fu become an assistant professor at the Department of Applied Chemistry in National Chiao Tung University. Hope that he can never forget his original intention. A teacher is to teach us the fundamental relationship between oneself and the society, to tell us the knowledge and skills for our careers, and to help us answer questions in the learning process.
