3" tube furnace

We use the tube furnace to do annealing process and thermal treatment. We equip the vacuum system onto it, so the thermal treatment can be at the air, the inert atmosphere, and the vacuum. We can change the tube size to 1" and 2".

1500 ℃ Box Furnace

We use the box furnace to do annealing process and thermal treatment over 1100 ℃.
